Aphnetworks : S12II-500W
Although not their main advertised point, Seasonic power supplies are well known and popular for being ultra quiet. Since the power supply isn't modular, the casing is the size of your average PSU and isn't elongated like some modular power supplies tend to be.

The AnandTech Bronze Editor's Choice award goes to the Seasonic S12II. After testing the Seasonic S12II, the Energy Plus and the X900, we came away impressed with Seasonic in general; they stand out as one of the last manufacturers to build a top-quality power supply at modest wattage ratings.

Aphnetworks : S12II-500W
The S12II is a very good power supply. Even a great one. Power delivery is clean, efficiency is excellent, and noise levels are pretty low. That's all you really need from a PSU, which is why we don't so much mind the lack of modular cables, the three-year warranty, or the relatively pedestrian 500W capacity.

Aphnetworks : S12II-500W
That is most efficient power supply we've tested to date. Considering how much energy prices have gone up, this power supply could certainly save money in the long run, particularly when compared to a generic unit with neither A-PFC or 80 Plus rating.

Aphnetworks : M12-500W
Seasonic is no stranger to the power supply market, winning over many enthusiasts with their efficient and low noice S12 series. They’re also no stranger to HardwareLogic, as we’ve previously reviewed the Super Versatile 250w SFX and the 330w S12-330, both of which are suitable for small from factor cases and modest system components. Today we’re switching gears and will be taking look at not only a higher end model, but Seasonic’s first foray into the modular market. Recommending the M12-500 is a no brainer. Stable, quiet, and packed with features, the new M12 series from Seasonic sets a new bar for modular power supplies

Techaddicts: M12-500W
During testing, the power supply was unusually quiet, even in the Max Load tests. There were no problems keeping the system stable and running, nor were there overheating problems. The modular cables are wrapped in mesh and really make the insides of the case neater, and the Molex cables feature grips to make removal easier. Overall, this is an excellent power supply for anyone looking for performance and an extremely quiet fan...

Aphnetworks : M12-500W
Excellent power supply for the intended market. A few things here and there that's not really a totally huge complaint, but what the heck -- the Seasonic M12 500W is going to stay in my computer. It's something I would use, and in fact, I am using it right now!
