Upgrade Advisor: S12-500
Quality is second nature to Seasonic and this is clearly evident on the overall design and top-notch components used inside the S12. A clear standout amongst other power supplies in the same cost categories, it could easily compare with power supplies that cost upwards of $250. In the end, the Seasonic S12-500 is an excellent choice for any upcoming system build, especially those on a budget. |

December 6, 2005 Hardware-Review: S12-330
The Seasonic S12-330 lived up to all my expectations and performed very well during this review. I really didn't think it would have enough juice to go the distance, but it proved that just because a power supply is rated at 330 watts doesn't mean it can't perform with better efficiency than even ones rated at 500 watts. If you're in the market for an affordable and consistent power supply, Seasonic's S12-330 should definitely be on your list. |

MODTHEBOX: Power Angel
In any case, the Seasonic Power Angel Monitor certainly lived up to my expectations. It steadfastly displayed all relevant information very clearly. The LCD letters, while not backlit in any fashion, are clear and easily viewable from any angle. |

Virtual-Hideout: S12-430
You can see above that Seasonic tells no lies when it comes to the superb efficiency of their S12 power supplies. The active PFC makes a large difference in the watts consumed and other areas noted above in the tests. |

MODTHEBOX: S12-600
The Seasonic S12 600w Power Supply is quite simply the most powerful and subtle power supply I have EVER had the pleasure to work with. Rock solid voltages, excessively capable output power, and a hefty quality construction are the features any power gamer/user should look for and this hardware has them all in spades. I would not hesitate to recommend this power supply to anyone looking for either a rock solid rendering platform power supply or a supreme gaming machine power supply. |

The Seasonic S12 330W power supply is one heck of a power supply. It's a no-nonsense performing power supply that will meet almost everyone's needs. It also looks pretty good. I would not fear to recommend this power supply to anyone because this is probably the best power supply I have had the pleasure to test yet. |

DEVHardware: S12-600
This is the first time I have ever had a power supply run the same voltages Idle and Load. Even my system overclocked nearly 1000Mhz doesn't affect the voltages of the S12. |

Tech-Mods: S12-380
As we can see the S12's 12V rails were still within normal operating specifications even under extreme load, although the amperage for the S12 380 is only 10A X 15A on the 12V rails there was less than 5% drop over both rails which is acceptable. The VCore was rock solid in all tests and the 3.3V and 5V readings were also withing specifications. |

Electrically, the Seasonic S12-430 has excellent performance. It delivers ample power across each of its rails and overall, is the most efficient power supply we have yet tested. With a retail price of approximately US$99 (CAN$122) the Seasonic S12-430 is an excellent buy for any system you are putting together which will need sustained and reliable power at high wattages. |

Phoronix: S12-330
Overall this S12 330W has awesome features and performed very well. Thanks to the 12cm fan, the unit was also near silent during idle and also during load. We recommend this unit to enthusiasts looking for a good lower end power supply and we definitely recommend this unit for people looking to build silent systems that don??t draw more than 330W. |

Big Bruin: S12-500
Plenty of power and extras to keep even an enthusiast happy. The unit complies with the latest ATX 12v 2.0 specifications while providing support for PCI-express and utilizing active power correction (power saving technology). However, the features list continues [with] the convenient Easy Swap connectors, quiet 120mm fan, support for dual processor systems, and the doctor cable management system. On top of all that, the power supply performed flawlessly with none of the line voltages (12, 5, and 3.3v) fluctuating more than 1%... With fluctuations of less than one percent and a three-year warranty, this power supply earns 4.5 of 5 stars. |

One of the plus points of this particular product is the true power it provides in virtual silence. PC Perspective: S12-600
The unit exhibited good voltage regulation with excellent stability and offers a lot of capacity on the +3.3V, +5V and dual +12V rails. The S12-600 is very quiet even when operating under a moderately heavy load and runs cooler than most. The S12-600 uses active power factor correction and produced one of the highest overall efficiencies I have measured to date. Seasonic is to be congratulated for developing a line of power supplies that are both environmentally friendly (active PFC) and highly efficient (>80%). |

3D Velocity: S12-430
If you care less about cosmetics, ergonomics and masses of heavy duty braiding than you do about simple, understated, rock solid voltages then this is the power supply for you. If the old adage that you should never judge a book by its cover applied to any piece of hardware , it was probably the SeaSonic S12, a prince in pauper's garb. |
